A concept that nobody can deliver is a sentence on a wall.
So the service that carries it is authored with it, and the people who deliver it are trained into the position rather than briefed on it.
Every concept is originated for one holder and licensed to that holder alone.

We Take On Very Few
A concept cannot be produced at volume, because the observation it depends on cannot be shortened.
A small number of commissions are accepted each year.
The first is never a proposal.
It is a reading of what you already hold.
How We Work
There is no catalogue, because no catalogue for this exists.
The method is the same every time, and it is not fast.
- Observation first: We begin on site, for longer than is comfortable, until a place shows what it has been carrying and has never had the language to say.
- Identity before heritage: A history is not an identity. We work with what a place is, not only with what it once was.
- One holder, one concept: Nothing we originate is offered twice — not in another market, not under another name, not at any price.
- Mechanism, not mood: What we hand over can be operated, protected and defended by a team ten years from now — so the service that carries the concept is authored alongside it.
- Three questions, scored: Whether a place has an identity of its own, whether it can give somebody a sense of belonging, and whether anyone leaves it altered.
- Findings published: We apply those three questions to named houses each year, and publish the result in The Existential Luxury Index.
- Licensed, never sold: You hold the right to produce it. We hold the authorship, and the obligation to keep it intact.
